Winterfest…
Newport Winter Festival is back in full swing this year with 10 days and over 150 events, including kid/family fun, live music, the annual “Mac and Cheese Smackdown”, and a silent disco. Weather Stripping
‘Tis the season for finding the window that doesn’t shut all the way or the pesky draft from a door that doesn’t close it used to. This Old House put out a guide that explains the different types of weather-stripping materials and where to use them. They make it seem easy enough that we can all run to Home Depot and give it a shot! Let this be the year that you seal the gaps and stop heating the outdoors!
